Summary
The simultaneous occurrence of pituitary adenoma and meningioma is extremely rare.
A 52-year-old female with the association of acromegaly and meningioma is reported.
She did not have any history of head injury, infection or irradiation.

Das Vorkommen von zwei Tumoren eines Hypophysenadenoms und Meningeoms ist sehr selten.
Es wird der Fall einer 52jährigen Frau beschrieben, bei der Akromegalie und Meningeom
gleichzeitig auftraten, ohne Vorgeschichte eines Kopftraumas, einer Infektion oder
einer Bestrahlung.
